Crown Block:

component used for drilling rig or work-over rig for lifting. The performance standard for our crown block is API Spec 4F & 8C

Main Features:

The sheave groove is quenching-treated, anti-abrasion with long service life
Equipped with wire line award device, preventing the wire line from bouncing or falling off
Equipped with bumping wood and protective net
Equipped with gin pole for block servicing
Equipped with sand block and auxiliary block
The sheaves of crown block and mated travelling block are fully interchangeable

Travelling Block and Hook are effective devices of drilling rig for lifting. API 8C certified travelling block and hook with API monogram

Both integral structure of travelling block with hook and sole travelling block or travelling hook are available

Drilling Swivel:

is one mechanical device used in drilling rig. Swivels are conformed to API Spec 8A

Features:

-Equipped with standard bails.
The wash pipe and packing assembly are cartridge type and can be replaced on the floor without disconnecting the rotary hose and/or gooseneck.
The gooseneck is provided with an outlet for wire line logging
To be equipped with 4â€™â€™ API hose connection

Top Drive System:

is one great technological revolution for rig to replace Kelly and rotary table. Top Drive System can be drill with triples instead of singles to reduce two-thirds volume of work of makeup and breakout, which greatly increases drilling speed. The advantage of TDS is; if thereâ€™s block up or struck in tripping, you can rotate the drill string while circulating mud flow so it can reduce drilling accidents.

Top Drive System can increase the level of mechanization of operation together with the wellhead system, which can reduce the workerâ€™s labour intensity and, the amount of operators.

Air Winch:

is one kind of hand control winch with double breaks, single roller, mainly applied in oil field, coal mine and other excavating place, building projects etc. for consigning or lifting heavy items. Air winch takes TMH7 piston air motor as power

Advantages of Air Winch:

Small volume, lightweight, speed can be adjusted, easy to transit and fast to install.
Has the function of over-load protection.
Can work in flammable and explosive place.
Large pneumatic torque, can be started with stowage, can realize positive and negative reversal

Drilling Hose/ Rotary Hose:

made according to API 7K Spec. standard, applies for flexible hose connection between the top of oil drilling stand pipe and vertical moved swivel joint in well drifting, well cementing, work-over and down hole servicing operation. Drilling hose is also used to adjust the installation mistake between drilling pipe line and stand pipe to avoid shake.

Choke Line Hose and Kill Line Hose:

because of itsâ€™ flexible character, choke line and kill line hose are widely used for the connection of relative motion of well drilling floor, semi-submersible boat or well drilling boat. Choke line and kill line hose also can apply for transportation of high-pressure medium such as oil, gas, and mud which mainly consists of relief hose, BOP hose, kill hose and choke hose. As per API 16C Spec. Anti high pressure, fire resistance, heat insulation, and wearable inner surface are main characteristics of such a flexible hose.
